At Ozur, we currently operate on a preorder basis. This allows us to offer you exclusive, limited-edition designs while minimizing waste. Below is an overview of our shipping process for preorders.
Preorder Processing & Shipping Times
When placing a preorder, please note the following timelines:

Preorder Processing Time: All preorders will be processed and manufactured within 4-8 weeks from the order date, and then arrive at our distribution site 10 days from then.

Shipping Time (after production):

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your preorder has been fulfilled.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after your preorder has been fulfilled.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Preorder
Once your preorder has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress. You can also log in to your Ozur account to check your order status.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Preorders
We are happy to offer international shipping for preorders to selected countries. Please note:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Ozur is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier or postal service for assistance.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing a preorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been shipped.
